For a question correction, include the test name, subject, question number, the wording that concerns you and why you think it needs review. A link to a reliable source is helpful.
For a technical problem, include your browser, device and the steps that led to it. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Official exam support
PrepTestLab cannot handle exam registration, permits, certificates or official score disputes. Contact the relevant exam provider or government agency for those matters.
